selection. In some cases, visitors will be automatically redirected
to web pages with the language and currency of their country of
origin. Implant Direct has established corporate offices for
distribution and technical support at its home base in Los Angeles
and at its corporate offices in Canada (Vancouver), Europe (Zurich)
and the Middle East (Tel Aviv). We have the capability to deliver
products anywhere in the world within 1-3 days with taxes and
shipping charges prepaid through the freight carrier. In addition,
Implant Direct has established international distributors in many
countries to provide fast delivery and technical support. |

Implant
Direct's product line continues to expand with two new implants set
for launch in the first quarter of 2008. The new ReActive™ Implant
has a tri-lobe platform compatible with Nobel Biocare abutments. The SwissPlant™ Implant is both surgically and prosthetically compatible
with Straumann’s one-stage implant. Both of these implants share a
new body design with flat-based mini-threads in the neck region and
double-lead threads on the body that are progressively deeper
towards the apex of the implant. We invite you to view video

Our new
website is designed to provide a rich, content-driven experience
that enables visitors to quickly and efficiently locate a wealth of

state-of-the-art web programming, we have created a world class

Implant Direct is
committed to providing the highest caliber technical and customer support.
To achieve this, we post on our website 3D graphic video animations of
various surgical and prosthetic procedures. In addition, catalogs, flow
charts and a section that answers the most frequently asked questions are
readily available for viewing and downloading. In August, 2007, only 8
months after Implant Direct started selling products, we opened a dedicated
customer support office in Santa Clarita, California, about 20 minutes north
of Los Angeles. By the end of 2007, this new facility had hired and trained
staff to fill all 14 call centers. These inside technical sales
representatives are assigned, by region, throughout the United States. We
have established a toll-free phone service for our U.S customers. Dentists
around the world can correspond by email for a quick response to their
technical questions. In the first quarter of 2008, this operation will be
expanded to a technical support staff of 34 call centers. Using
state-of-the-art order management and telecommunications equipment, this
service center will continue to provide unparalleled technical support and
customer service to our customer base that is expanding at a rate of about
500 new accounts each month. In addition, Implant Direct has 10 highly
experienced sales/technical support representatives geographically dispersed
throughout North America with the intent of expanding this to 20 people
during 2008. Our offices in Europe are establishing a similar model of
in-house technical and sales support for customers and distributors. |
