If you're having trouble with the website, the best place to start is to clear your browser's cache and cookies. Think of it like a quick refresh for your computer. If clearing your browser's cache didn't solve the problem, the issue might be with a VPN (Virtual Private Network). A VPN helps keep your online activity private by routing your internet traffic through another server, but sometimes it can accidentally block a website's features.
If you have a VPN, please try temporarily turning it off while you're on our site, especially when you're checking out or logging in.
The Easiest Way: Using Your VPN App
For most people, the simplest way to turn off a VPN is to open the app on your phone or computer.
- Look for a big On/Off or Connect/Disconnect button.
- Tap or click it to turn the VPN off.
The app will usually show a message like "Not connected" to let you know it's off.
If You Don't Have an App: Using Your Device's Settings
If your VPN is built into your device, you can turn it off through the settings menu.
On Windows (10 & 11)
- Click the Start button and go to Settings.
- Click on Network & Internet.
- Click on VPN.
- Find the VPN you want to turn off and click Disconnect.
On Mac
- Click the Apple menu in the top-left corner of your screen.
- Go to System Settings.
- Click VPN in the left sidebar.
- Find your VPN and turn the status off.
On iPhone & Android
- Go to your device's main Settings app.
- Look for VPN or Network & Internet (it may be under General on iPhone).
- Tap on the VPN connection and either switch the status to off or select Disconnect.
Once you've done this, please give our website another try. We apologize for the extra step, but your patience helps us make sure our new site is working perfectly for everyone. Thank you!
