May I still purchase Implant Direct products through the US website?
While Implant Direct’s products are still available in other markets, including North America, these regions are not able to fulfill EU based orders of any kind.
Will you accept returns?
As of January 1st, 2020, all sales of Implant Direct products will be considered final. Returns or exchanges will not be allowed. Please visit https://www.implantdirect.com/en-eu to view our return policy.
How will this affect my Warranty?
Implant Direct will continue to issue a full refund for failed implants that have achieved initial stability and require removal up to five (5) years following placement.
How can I initiate a warranty claim?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate an exchange or warranty claim. Please note: Implant Direct will not accept any warranty return shipments without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
What if I have a product question?
