Raoul Correa serves as the General Manager of Implant Direct, leading the organization with a focus on innovation and operational excellence. He oversees a talented team dedicated to developing solutions that empower customers to streamline and scale their implant practices. Guided by the question, “How fast can I deliver this innovation to every Implant Direct customer?” Raoul ensures the company’s vision drives its strategic initiatives.
Raoul joined Danaher/Envista in 2018 in Strategy & Business Development and later held roles such as Global Product Director for Intraoral Scanners at DEXIS and Senior Director of Research & Development and Product Strategy at Implant Direct. These experiences have fueled his passion for digital workflows and implantology, which he brings to every aspect of his leadership.
Raoul holds a B.S. from UC Berkeley and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from MIT.
Beyond work, Raoul is an avid soccer fan who enjoys playing, coaching, and watching the sport. Having grown up in India and New Zealand, he now resides in Southern California with his wife and two children.
Brian Natzel serves as the Vice President of Sales for Implant Direct, leveraging over 15 years of experience with Envista and Danaher to drive sustainable success. Starting as a field sales representative with Orascoptic, Brian has progressed through key leadership roles at DEXIS and Implant Direct while also contributing to strategic initiatives on Envista project teams.
Brian’s customer-centric approach shapes his strategic vision, ensuring his team empowers clinicians to streamline and scale their practices, enhancing accessibility to quality dental care.
Outside of work, Brian is a music enthusiast who enjoys playing the guitar and drums. A proud father of two, he spends his free time engaging in sports, attending dance recitals, working on art projects, and enjoying outdoor activities with his children.
Ian Still is a seasoned sales leader with over 20 years of experience driving growth in the dental industry. As the Senior Director of Commercial Operations at Implant Direct, Ian plays a pivotal role in guiding key associates who contribute significantly to the success of the company’s customers. His leadership is centered on empowering others to reach their full potential while helping dentists streamline operations and scale their practices to better serve patients.
Ian began his career in sales leadership roles within the orthodontic space, where he developed and executed value-driven strategies while building high-performance teams. Nine years ago, seeking a new challenge, Ian transitioned to implant dentistry and joined Implant Direct, bringing his extensive expertise to this specialized and rapidly growing field.
Originally from Canada and now based in Southern California, Ian is an adventurer at heart. He is currently learning to surf, enjoys traveling, and has a passion for history. He also dedicates time to giving back, recently volunteering in Sri Lanka to help build homes for local communities. Ian’s personal and professional journey reflects his commitment to growth, service, and making a meaningful impact.
Monica Castaneda is a seasoned leader with a robust background in design and product development engineering. Since joining Implant Direct in 2013, she has played a pivotal role in driving new product development initiatives and expanding the company’s portfolio.
In 2013, Monica was promoted to Director of Project Management, a role that highlights her exceptional leadership and expertise in project execution. Prior to Implant Direct, she gained valuable experience working on a proprietary aerospace project for the Department of Defense.
Monica holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and is skilled in advanced modeling technologies like SolidWorks. Passionate about partnering with clinicians, she is dedicated to creating innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and scalability in dental practices.
Her commitment to positively impacting patients worldwide through innovative implants aligns with Implant Direct’s mission, making her proud to contribute as part of the Envista family.
Dr. Corey Raymond is a distinguished dentist and lecturer with extensive knowledge in both surgical and prosthetic implant dentistry, ranging from single unit tooth replacement to full-arch reconstruction. His post-graduate training with leading experts and his premier training center, which educates dentists on all aspects of dental implant surgery, prosthetic design, and 3D printing technology, empower dentists to confidently integrate these advanced procedures and technologies into their practices.
As Director, Clinical Technologies Business Development, Dr. Raymond collaborates with the Research & Development and Product Management teams to advance product innovation. He also works closely with the Clinical Education team to develop comprehensive curriculums that support clinicians at every stage of their implant journey - from foundational skills to advanced techniques.
Rachel Newport serves as the Director of Marketing and Clinical Education for Implant Direct, leveraging over 20 years of experience across the biopharmaceutical, medical device, consumer, and technology industries. Known for her ability to craft innovative, customer-driven marketing strategies, Rachel has led global product launches, omnichannel marketing campaigns, and digital transformation initiatives for industry leaders like Kraft Foods, Sony, Honeywell, Intuit, and Hologic. A dynamic team-builder and cross-functional collaborator, she consistently delivers measurable business impact, including double-digit revenue growth, successful turnarounds, and elevated brand performance.
Since joining Implant Direct as Director of Demand Generation in early 2024, Rachel Newport has advanced to the role of Director of Marketing and Clinical Education as of May 2025. She takes pride in contributing to the success and innovation of both Implant Direct and the broader Envista family.
Educated with a Master of Global Management and an MBA, Rachel blends international perspective with strong marketing acumen.
Born and raised in Southern California, Rachel continues to call it home—even after spending time living in various parts of the United States and abroad.
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys playing pickleball, exploring new corners of the globe, and embracing all kinds of outdoor and water-related adventures.
With over 12 years of experience at Envista, Susan Pierce serves as the Senior Manager of Human Resources, playing a vital role in fostering a culture of excellence. She is deeply passionate about attracting and retaining the best and brightest employees, ensuring the organization thrives with top-tier talent.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Susan has a profound appreciation for the arts. She enjoys attending the theater, exploring art galleries and museums, and immersing herself in creative expression. An avid reader, she describes herself as a voracious reader who finds joy and inspiration through literature.
Susan brings a unique combination of strategic vision and personal passion to her role, continually striving to enhance the employee experience and build a dynamic workplace culture.
Brian Han serves as the Finance Manager, bringing a strong background in financial strategy and healthcare operations. He joins Implant Direct from Sonrava Health, a private equity-backed dental support organization with over 500 offices nationwide, where he partnered closely with executive team to drive data-informed strategic initiatives. Prior to that, Brian co-led the FP&A team at Hoag Health System where he streamlined financial models to improve operational efficiency.
Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Born and raised in Los Angeles, he is a devoted Lakers and Dodgers fan. He now resides in Southern California with his wife and two children.
