X-Gut™ dental sutures are natural, absorbable monofilament sutures designed for smooth tissue passage and degrade in tissue. Composed of a high percentage of purified collagen and treated with a salt solution, they offer a predictable absorption profile and maintain tensile strength for 14–21 days—ideal for short-term wound support.  Each box contains 12 sterile sutures, available in a range of thicknesses and needle configurations to suit various surgical needs.
